Collective Worship

Introduction:

Collective worship, or ‘prayer and liturgy’, is an integral part of life at Our Lady of Grace. Our school community allows us all to become something bigger, we join together and share the Catholic identity of our school: Work, Worship and Witness;  we celebrate together, we pray together, we are a Catholic family of staff, pupils, parents, parish.

Year 5 Collective worship at Laudato Si

Y3 - In our collective worship we looked at the story of Zacchaeus. We discussed how even though he did wrong, Jesus forgave him. As a class, we then spoke about The Sacrament of Reconciliation. The children were very proud to have made their first confession.

Year 1

In Year 1 we find great joy in praying together. Worship is a key part of our daily life and we love building our relationship with God. We have so much to be grateful for and we praise God for all the good things!

Here is a selection of photographs from times we have prayed together as a class family.

Y4G enjoy leading prayers and reflect well on the theme

Please find your child's class or year group song in the audio files listed below (or listen to all of them!)

We hope all of our families have a peaceful Christmas.

Love from all the staff at Our Lady of Grace.
