RHS School Gardening Awards

Level 1 - We planned our school gardening projects and we ran a Design Mary's Garden competition.

Level 2 - We began to prepare the planting areas around school

Then we started growing plants and seeds after having a lession

on how to use tools safely.

Level 3 - We continues to look after the plants and started to

grow vegetables in raised beds. We water the plants and weed

the areas at lunch time.

Level 4 - We needed to be able to use tools professionally, grow and harvest produce throughout the year and begin to fundraise for the garden.

RHS School Gardening Awards

We have been awarded Level 5 of this award.

This involved hands-on gardening where children and young people are gardening with the community.   We garden in every season. Our gardening has a future.

Woodland Trust Green Tree Award

We have been awarded Bronze Certificate.

This involved doing enviromental projects such a tree planting, reducing CO₂ and visiting woods.
