Mobile Phone & Smart Device Statement
Our Lady of Grace is a strict mobile phone and smart device-free environment.

General Rule: Pupils are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, smartwatches, or any internet/Bluetooth-connected device onto school premises under any circumstances.

Confiscation: Any unauthorised device found on a child will be confiscated immediately and held securely. Devices will only be returned directly to a parent or carer.

Year 6 Exception: Year 6 pupils who have written parental permission to walk home independently are permitted to bring a mobile phone to school under the following strict conditions:

The phone must be switched off before entering the school grounds and handed directly to the class teacher upon arrival.

The class teacher will store the phone securely throughout the day. Phones will be returned to the pupil at 3:30 PM.
