At the start of the Spring Term, some of the children asked me if they could perform a play of the Lion King to the class. I agreed and soon realised that by play they meant a full scale, feature-length production. The children gave up many lunch times to learn their lines, rehearse dance routines, make props and design costumes. They did absolutely everything themselves and I was extremely proud of them all and impressed by their commitment, maturity, independence, creativity and talents on stage! I'd also like to thank the rest of the class for being a wonderful, supportive audience.
